A New Day, A New Studio

New studio at LAI Video

LAI Video has officially moved DC headquarters along with parent company Leading Authorities, Inc. We moved from the restaurant-rich neighborhood of Farragut to the… it’s basically the same neighborhood. We are now at 1725 Eye Street. Second floor.

With our new space, comes a brand new (and improved!) studio. We’ve forgone the faux-Capitol backdrop for something cleaner. Something more minimal and more fitting for a variety of messages and brands. And, most importantly, something that places lighting as the priority.

We rigged a massive scrim to contain and rain down stunning overhead light. Whether you’re delivering a direct address message, off-camera interview or an in-depth one-on-one conversation, we’re illuminating your spokespeople and talent be comfortable. To be beautiful. And to be credible.

Finished this mural (aka closet camo) at the studio in our new office.

Our first preference is still the same: capture people in a natural setting. Whether it's an office, construction yard, toy store or laboratory — be authentic! But when you need a quick and convenient shoot, our studio backdrop will not overwhelm or conflict with your message  it will make it shine.

Stop by our new digs anytime. We’ll give you a proper tour.
