As the Vice President of Creative at LAI Video, James offers his docu-style and motion graphics expertise to transform brands and campaigns. He’s won numerous accolades, including two Emmy® Awards as a Director, for his incredible storytelling and vision. 

James Favata led the creation of “A Teachable Moment” and “Redesign,” two of LAI Video’s most impressive documentary projects, and guides our team’s daily creative exploits. His dedication to clients spurs incredibly unique and effective projects, leading to extensive partnerships where the sky is the limit. 

A Maryland Institute College of Art graduate and 20-year LAI Video veteran, James is rooted deeply in the DMV. He’s known throughout the area for his artistic capabilities, including a portfolio of beautiful murals that decorate both the LAI office and local businesses. We’re lucky to have him, and our clients are too.
