We went to the Bethesda-based software firm to talk to Topdown staff and some very happy customers. Tori interviewed clients from Aspire, The Sourcing Group and Novarica, who were eager to speak to INTOUCH’s intentionally simple and highly—effective user interface. Favata and Phil setup equally simple interview backdrops that would complement the video’s animated overlays. Keeping the video conceptual and not instructional, Rob designed a unique graphic representation of the software that illustrated INTOUCH’s basic principles without losing viewers over a detailed replica of the product.
We partnered with Topdown Systems to promote their new CCM solution INTOUCH. Just as the software reinvented cloud-based platforms, Topdown wanted to re-think its marketing from the bottom-up. Working with the design agency Label Collective, we developed an in-booth infomercial that also permeated throughout the company’s website overhaul.

Captions That Open And Close
The video was developed with both open and closed captioning, for playback as a looping display or online commercial. Justin also opened and closed the spot with narrated segments to highlight a real-world customer service scenario and summarize the application’s five key features. Working in tandem with Label Collective, the final video served as the driving force for Topdown’s product rollout with easy to extract visual elements and GIFS to sprinkle throughout the new website.
