So, when Cvent approached us to reach out to the meeting planner community, we felt more than comfortable speaking that language. Justin and Rob melded brains to forge a script that’s not showy or boastful — it simply communicates how much easier a meeting planner’s life is with Cvent technology.

During pre-production, we knew that we wanted to tell this story from a user’s perspective. We used original design and motion graphics to rebuild a barrage of user interface screens that illustrated the impressive capabilities of the apps. Phil provided insight into Cvent’s visual brand, ensuring that we created interactive representations that remained true to the actual in-app experience. Tori oversaw production and a tight turnaround time, and Favata kept the commercial punchy. The following year, we used the same aesthetic and approach to dive deeper into Cvent's Hospitality Cloud.
