Originally from Baltimore, MD, Hannah Rothe graduated from the University of Richmond in 2022 with a B.S. in Business Administration and concentration in marketing. Prior to joining LAI, Hannah worked as an interior design intern in Charleston, SC, where she was able to explore her passion for being creative. Hannah now works as the Executive Assistant to the COO/Marketing Assistant for Leading Authorities, Inc.

Sanetra Payne is a DMV native who enjoys the many opportunities marketing presents to explore her curiosity, write, and get creative. With 11+ years of experience, she has driven marketing campaigns that improve brand awareness and increase customer engagement – and along the way, she has built exceptional marketing teams. Sanetra’s role at LAI is to provide marketing and communication strategic direction and support lead generation across Leading Authorities’ business portfolio.

David Catchings graduated from Old Dominion University in the spring of 2021, with a major in Marketing and minor in Business Analytics. At Leading Authorities he manages the web presence for all lines under Leading Authorities Inc. Prior to joining Leading Authorities he interned at the Hampton Roads Alliance working with the marketing department creating marketing collateral and assisting with digital marketing.

In his free time, David loves to spend time with family and friends, go to the gym, play video games and watch music and fashion content.

Hanh Nguyen (she/her/hers) is the Marketing Email and Data Coordinator, tackling lead distribution, CRM reporting, and email campaigns. Prior to joining LAI, Hanh navigated a diverse career path at Emerson Ecologics, Smith & Nephew, Enterprise Bank, J. Crew, and the Massachusetts Nonprofit Network. Her passion for civic engagement and storytelling as a tool to advocate for low-income youth eventually led her to Bentley University, where she graduated May 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Media Arts & Society.

Kevin Williams is the Marketing Content Manager at Leading Authorities. He is responsible for creating promotional copy for our roster of talented keynote speakers.

Prior to joining Leading Authorities, Kevin was Manager, Copy & Content at a marketing agency where he helped bring clients’ brands to life across all marketing channels.  

Kevin graduated from Virginia Tech with a major in public relations and minors in marketing and professional writing. In his free time, Kevin enjoys working towards his fitness goals and hanging out with friends.
