Are you a good communicator who loves working across departments and has a knack for understanding the market to generate leads?
Our marketing team is seeking a Video Brand Manager to support sales goals through strategic marketing and promotion of our video agency brand, including client list development, social media engagement and additional content marketing efforts. You will contribute to improving our database, market research, email messaging, and lead generating opportunities.
The ideal candidate will manage projects that boost our video brand visibility, generate leads for our sales team, and help the company grow. Day-to-day duties will include content creation for emails, blog posts, social media, etc., updating the website, market research and customer audience segmentation, data maintenance and analysis, communicating with the Video operations and sales teams, monitoring leads and creating prospect lists for the sales team, measuring performance metrics, and reporting during weekly marketing and sales meetings.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Generate quality leads and opportunities for sales
Build prospect outreach lists and distribute leads to sales
Grow LAI Video prospect database
Support sales pipeline reporting
Manage LAI Video brand, voice, and speaking opportunities
Develop, track and report on LAI Video key marketing metrics and activities
Draft content and manage LAI Video emails, website, social media, etc
Collaborate on events, audience segmentation, and communication journeys
Create reports and pull lists as needed
Ongoing competitive analysis and market research
Execute other projects as directed by the Vice President of Marketing or LAI Video Senior Vice President
Desired Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree
2-3 year’s related experience in marketing or communications
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Excellent content creation and writing/editing skills
Video storytelling and editing
Ability to quickly learn and become proficient with new technologies
Simultaneously manage multiple projects
Ability to meet deadlines
Extremely organized and detail-oriented
Excellent Excel skills including working in pivot tables and analyzing data
Candidates should be comfortable commuting to the DC office. Leading Authorities is currently a hybrid work environment. Qualified candidates must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
