More importantly, he created a narrative arc for these numbers to fly by.

It can be difficult talking about elusive concepts like “life insurance” or “economic impact” or “common sense.” But we accepted this challenge when partnering with the American Council of Life Insurance (ACLI) to develop a new animated spot that subtly targets a totally new demographic while touting the industry’s overall contributions.

Landing the Right Motif
Keeping the metaphor simple and even whimsical, our plot features an unsuspecting professional falling out of her office environment and dropping through the sky. Thanks to her fully-functioning life insurance parachute, the video keeps a calm tone while highlight specific insurance types. Associate Creative Director Tiffany developed the pleasant-people aesthetic, while Dan animated subtle character features to land the video’s happy ending.
